Due to the nature of our products (personal care and consumable items), we have a strict no-return policy for health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


🚫 No Returns Accepted For:

  • Opened or used products (henna, sidr, hair dyes, perfumes, air fresheners)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards


✅ Returns Accepted Only In These Cases:

  • Wrong item received – If you received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged item – If the product arrived broken, leaking, or with damaged packaging.

  • Missing items – If your order is incomplete.
